This is an author's program developed by psychologists Gen.Ukrainian. It is based on the principles of cognitive-behavioral therapy and catathymic-imaginative psychotherapy, which are recognized psychotherapeutic methods around the world.

The pedagogical part includes teaching the group members the basic principles of regulating emotional states, conflict resolution, coping strategies etc. А separate part of the program is dedicated to teaching parents and guardians the basic aspects of the impact of trauma on children's psyche.
